I wonder how it compares to Hustle Kings on the PS3. I may have to buy this one as HK on the PS4 is somewhat different to its PS3 counterpart.
R* definitely have a couple great IPs under their belt, they're ambitious and have innovative ideas in terms of narration, but they're not so great on the technical aspect of things. It'a great move but, while the acquisition of a AAA studio like Insomniac is probably worth the acquisition of 3 or 4 smaller scale studios like the ones Microsoft have acquired, it's clearly not enough in the long run to allow Sony to stay ahead of their main competitor. They need to reopen some of the studios they previously shut down, and build new ones from the ground up. They can do this. Preferably in Europe, for a change, and to cater more to all tastes (at least over here)

"Graphics from 10 years ago"...? This is the Decima Engine, one of the most praised 3D ENGINE ever made, that fueled Horizon Zero Dawn, a game which got raving reviews barely 2 years ago, including for its graphics. What are you talking about man?

I don't believe for a second that SNK nowadays is actually willing to bleed millions to launch a next-gen system that can play on an even field with the PS5/XBOX 2, let alone is capable of it. Nor do i believe it will have joysticks as default controllers, much less BC with the NG AES carts of yore.

My god, the graphics of that game...to this day this is still quite simply one of the very best looking games ever made, PC games included. It was one of those games that made me think "now that's why we buy new hardware!"

This is where you see that the Sony of nowadays isn't the Sony of yore. Back then Sony had managed to get a specific version of DOOM for the PS1, with improved lighting effects and a completely different soundtrack which dramatically maximized the atmosphere of unease, loneliness and fear, where is that soundtrack now? Why doesn't the PS4 version of those games feature that vastly improved OST?
Gameplay-wise MGS V is even better than MGS 3 man. Way better.
